The debut of the “Run and Support” team during the 5th Run in Nowogard
This year, for the first time, we took part in the Nowogard Street Run, which took place on October 7, 2018. The amount of PLN 1,800 collected by PRESS GLASS employees will be transferred to the account of the Social Welfare Centre in Nowogard, which will purchase the necessary medical equipment for the elderly for the money received.
Nowogard is another place on the PRESS GLASS group racing map as part of the “Run and Support” campaign. According to the assumptions of the sport and charity campaign, group PRESS GLASS runs are held in the places where the company’s plants are located. Nowogard joined the group racing calendar, because this year a new PRESS GLASS plant was opened in Miętno near Nowogard.
More than 180 people participated in the 5th Nowogard Street Run on the distance of 10 km, including 20 employees representing the colours of the campaign. It is worth noting that as many as three employees of PRESS GLASS completed successfully the run. Patryk Sowiński took the second place in the open race classification, Andrzej Potoczek took the first place in the M30 category, Kamil Derlaga the third place in the M20 category and Krzysztof Koczwara the third place in the M50 category.
