One The Elephant – constructed in the centre of London

A new residential tower is being constructed in central London; glass panes manufactured in our plants are going to be used there. There will be as many as 284 flats in the 37-floor One The Elephant.

The investment is located in Elephant & Castle and – apart from the residential part – it includes a 4-floor pavilion, a new park and a public recreation centre. The facility which is intended as a new centre of the district has been designed by the renowned architecture office Squire and Partners.

Completion of the investment is planned for the beginning of 2016.
