PRESS GLASS Inc. consolidating fabrication plants in the US

PRESS GLASS has announced a consolidation of production capabilities and capacities at its facilities in USA between the Stoneville, North Carolina and Ridgeway, Virginia locations. As a result, PRESS GLASS will now fabricate and deliver all products from its state-of-the-art fabrication facility in Ridgeway, VA.

Maciej Migalski, President says: “This decision aligns with our vision of streamlining operations and positioning the company for sustained success in the coming years.”.

The production capacity at the Ridgeway, VA facility has been significantly increased thanks to the recent installation of a cutting table, edge processing line, and tempering furnace. To further increase PRESS GLASS’ already state-of-the-art capabilities in Virginia, equipment and supporting personnel from the company’s Stoneville, NC facility will be immediately moved to its Ridgeway plant.

Migalski says “This change will drive growth across all market segments, including insulated glass, heavy glass, and all-glass systems. It will also enable us to increase efficiencies and overall production capacity, enhance internal processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.”

A crucial part of this plan involves the consolidation and centralization of all office functions. As a result, several administrative functions will also transition to Ridgeway, VA. This change will allow PRESS GLASS to operate as a cohesive team from a single location, fostering improved collaboration and synergy across departments.

Migalski says: “This initiative represents a critical step toward PRESS GLASS long-term goal of becoming a market leader in North America. It also prepares to execute further growth plans, including the ongoing expansion of the Ridgeway, VA facility and the addition of new production capacities.”

The President and Management Board of PRESS GLASS would like to thank their employees for dedication and hard work as it remains key to the outgoing success.
