The Park – modern office with BREEAM certification
The Park is a prestigious business centre located in Warsaw, for which we have supplied glass. The building meets the highest international environmental standards, as confirmed by the BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) certification, which attests to the highest environmental quality achieved at both the design and construction stages.
As part of our cooperation with the WIDOK company, which prepared the façade, we supplied a total of more than 5,000 m2 of insulating glass units. The project used double-glazed units with selective coating Energy from the AGC.
The selective coating used in the glazing of The Warsaw Park is a solution that makes the windows let in much more light, while preventing overheating of the rooms and maintaining temperature comfort at all times of the year. Thanks to selective coatings, large glass units not only serve to create bright and aesthetically pleasing spaces, but also provide thermal comfort and functionality at the highest level.
